Nicole Vykhrova, 11-year-old girl from Sumy, an inspired artist and researcher of the world of knowledge. Student of the online platform OpenArtAcademy, 5th grade student, student of IT Step Academy, student of the SF of the Taekwondo Federation ITF of Ukraine. Active volunteer of the CF “WE ARE HERE – Northern Outpost”, where she puts her heart into good deeds and community support.

Nicole studies and constantly opens new creative horizons, expanding the boundaries of her imagination. Active participant in creative and charitable projects both in Ukraine and far beyond its borders.

This course is built on the knowledge gained from the outstanding folk craftswoman Valentyna Nagotniuk. It is dedicated to the art of Slobozhansky painting in the Starobilsk technique – an ancient craft that almost disappeared for a while. The revival of this unique tradition opens up new prospects for the preservation of cultural heritage and the development of art.

Nicole fell in love with Slobozhansky painting with the first touch, feeling the magic of folk art. She dreams of reviving the heritage of her native Slobozhanshchyna, because the skill of our ancestors deserves a new life and development. He who knows his roots and knows how to feel them is invincible!
