Andrian Babyuk
Andrian Pavlovich Babiuk – painter and graphic artist, author of courses and books on composition and color studies, author of the course “Fundamentals of composition” at the Open Art Academy for practicing artists and beginners. The method has been successfully tested by the author in higher and secondary art educational institutions for 35 years.
Member of the National Union of Artists of Ukraine.
After graduating from the State Kyiv Art Institute named after Shevchenko.
1989 -1997 Taught at KHPT-“Drawing and painting”.
1997-1998 He worked at the “BORYSFEN” film studio as an animator, and received the title of animator.
1998-2002 At the Institute of Postgraduate Education he taught “Drawing”, “Painting”, “Fundamentals of Composition and Color Studies”.
2002-2010 After teaching at the Advertising Institute “Painting and Drawing”, he worked as an acting associate professor.
2010-2018 Taught “Computer Graphics”, “Drawing and Painting”, “Fundamentals of Color Studies”, “Fundamentals of Composition for Designers” at Poplav University.
from 2018 to the present teaches at art school No. 1.
Andrian Pavlovich’s students include a number of famous artists in Ukraine and abroad. He has more than 35 years of teaching experience.
Andrian created his constructive system of drawing and a series of constructive cuts from the nose to the head and figure.
Having held many personal exhibitions.
Andrian Babuk has a very rich and diverse experience: book illustration, monumental painting, easel painting, portraits, landscapes, still lifes, group portraits, sculpture, animation. Techniques used: watercolor, acrylic, oil, dry and oil pastel, gouache, tempera, linocut, graphics are done with Chinese ink in the “wash” technique.
